No - you don't need to be a member to make a reservation, although being a member has benefits if you'd like to play on a regular basis (Things like a lower rate, being able to book further in advance, and having multiple bookings at a time). Most golfers can complete an 18-hole round on a simulator in about one hour per player. As a general guideline: 1 player → ~1 hour 2 players → ~2 hours 3 players → ~3 hours 4 players → ~4 hours Pace of play can vary depending on experience level, practice time, and how relaxed you’d like your round to be. If you plan to warm up, practice between holes, or play at a casual pace, we recommend booking a little extra time. For practice-only sessions, less time is typically needed.

Bay reservations begin with a 60-minute minimum for Visitors & 30-minute minimum for Members. You can extend your time in 30-minute increments, up to a maximum of 4 hours per session. For full-round play, we recommend planning about one hour per player to complete an 18-hole round on a simulator. If you’re practicing, warming up, or playing at a relaxed pace, booking additional time can help keep your session comfortable and uninterrupted.

Unfortunately, you cannot extend your current playing session. However, if you are logged into the Trackman app, it will save your progress. If you'd like to continue playing, you may book an additional session for any available bay. When that reservation begins, you may then resume playing the course where you left off.

You may always cancel your reservation, but your fee will not be refunded. Rather, you will be given a credit to use at a later date. There are no refunds for memberships. Please see our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy here

Yes, minors are allowed to play. However, for safety and liability reasons in an unstaffed facility, minors are allowed to play ONLY if they are accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. If we find that a minor has played without adult supervision, the person under which the reservation was made will no longer have access to our facility. In other words, if a member allows a minor to use their membership unsupervised, we have the right to cancel that membership without a refund.
