What to expect when you book.

Booking a bay gives you private access to one of our indoor golf simulators for your reserved time. Whether you’re practicing, playing a virtual round, or enjoying a session with friends, the experience is designed to be simple and uninterrupted.

Once you’ve made a reservation, everything you need to access the facility and your bay is handled automatically.

You’ll receive an email confirmation that includes two secure PIN codes:

​

6-digit OpenPath PIN → unlocks the front door and grants facility access  
4-digit Bay PIN → unlocks your reserved bay during your scheduled time

 

This system ensures players can access the space seamlessly while also protecting your reserved time — even if you arrive a few minutes after your session begins.

​

Your bay will power on automatically at the start of your reservation and shut off when your session ends, so you can focus on your practice without worrying about setup or overlap.

​Everything is designed to run seamlessly — you arrive, play during your reserved time, and enjoy the experience exactly as planned.

Booking a bay is a great fit if you:

Prepaid Session Packs

Prepaid session packs offer a simple way to plan ahead if you expect to play more than once — without the commitment of a membership.

They’re ideal for golfers who want flexibility while still benefiting from planning a few sessions in advance.

How to Book

Create or login to your Trackman account

Booking is handled through Trackman’s secure platform, Your Golf Booking.
You’ll be prompted to create or login to a Trackman account to complete your reservation.

Choose your bay, time & duration

Select your preferred date, time, bay and session length based on availability

Receive your access code & play

You’ll receive a unique access code before your reservation, and your bay will power on automatically at the start of your session

All reservations are completed through Trackman's Your Golf Booking platform. You will  receive your access code via email from Your Golf Booking with your reservation confirmation.

How much time should I book?

All bay reservations start with a 60-minute minimum.

​

You can extend your reservation in 30-minute increments, up to a maximum of 4 hours total.

​

For full-round play, a good rule of thumb is to allow about one hour per player to complete an 18-hole round on a simulator.

​

Examples:

  • 1 player → ~1 hour

  • 2 players → ~2 hours

  • 3 players → ~3 hours
     

If you’re planning to warm up, practice, or play at a relaxed pace, we recommend booking a little extra time.

​

Practice-only sessions often require less time.
