How do I enter the facility?

You'll receive a unique 4-digit door code via email prior to your reservation. Note that it will only work 15 minutes prior to your reservation and will expire at the end of your reservation.

Yes - 24/7 cameras, door access logs, and a security system.

Can I bring guests?

Accepted Answer

You may bring up to 3 guests with you per bay.  There are no extra charge for guests.If you'd like to bring more than 3 guests per bay, please contact The Swing Refinery via email at swingteam@theswingrefinery or via phone at 262-300-7588 to get approval.

What if my entry code doesn't work?

Text/call us with your full name, reservation time and bay number, and we'll get you in quickly.

Given that there isn't a staff member always present, is it safe?

We have done our best to ensure everyone's safety by installing cameras that monitor all public areas in the facility 24/7/365.

Additionally, only people that have paid for a reservation have access to the facility for 15 minutes prior to their reservation and ending at the end of their reservation.

Even members get a new PIN code for each reservation, so only current players and guests have access to the facility.
