Overview 

The Hole-in-One Challenge is a skill-based competition conducted through Trackman at The Swing Refinery. 

Participants are attempting to record a verified hole-in-one on the designated challenge hole. 

 

Entry 

• $5 per entry 

• Each entry includes 3 shots 

• Entries must be purchased through the official Trackman competition link 

 

How to Play 

1. Download the Trackman Golf App 

2. Log into your Trackman account on the App 

3. Open camera on phone to purchase entry through the QR code presented in the bay

4. Once entry is purchased Go to the Competition section on the bay computer 

5. Select Hole-in-One Challenge 

6. Add the Trackman account used to purchase entry

7. Click Start Course 

8. Take your 3 shots 

 

Winning Criteria 

• A hole-in-one must be recorded during the official Trackman competition 

• Trackman data is the only valid source of results 

• Prize is awarded only for a verified hole-in-one 

 

⚠️ Important – Closest to Pin vs Hole-in-One 

• Trackman may display a “winner” for the round 

• This refers to the Closest to the Pin result for that session only 
   

👉 This does NOT mean a Hole-in-One was achieved 

• Only a ball holed out in one shot (hole-in-one) qualifies for the prize 

• Being closest to the pin does not win the Hole-in-One Challenge prize 

 

Prize 

• $200 Swing Refinery Studio Credit 

• Non-cash, non-transferable 

• No cash value 

 

Prize Limits 

• Up to 1 winner per day 

• If no hole-in-one is recorded, no prize is awarded 

 

Verification 

• All results are verified through Trackman competition data 

• The Swing Refinery reserves the right to: 

  • Review sessions 

  • Deny invalid or disputed results 

 

General Conditions 

• Must be logged into a valid Trackman account 

• Entry must be purchased prior to participation 

• Any attempt to manipulate the system results in disqualification 

 

Final Authority 

All decisions made by The Swing Refinery regarding results and eligibility are final.
