How to Book a Bay as a Member
Two easy ways to reserve time — using the Trackman app (recommended) or a web browser.
Option 1: Booking using the Trackman app (recommended)
Members book bay reservations directly through the Trackman app. Follow the steps below to schedule your session at The Swing Refinery.

Before You Begin

Ensure you are logged into the Trackman app using the same email address associated with your Swing Refinery membership.

If you are logged in with a different email, your membership will not appear as an option.
Booking Instructions:

Open the Trackman app
-
Tap Locations (bottom right)
-
Tap Indoor (top of screen)

Find The Swing Refinery near I-94 & Ryan Rd
-
Tap the Trackman icon on the map
-
Tap Book Now
-
Select Book a Bay
-
Tap your membership
-
Scroll down and add the number of players, including yourself (+1 , +2, +3, +4)

Tap Next
-
Select your bay, date, and time
-
Complete your booking
Troubleshooting
Membership not visible
-
Confirm you are logged into the Trackman app with your membership email

Close and reopen the app, then try again
Unable to find The Swing Refinery
-
Confirm Indoor is selected
-
Zoom in near I-94 & Ryan Rd
-
Ensure location permissions are enabled for the app
“Book Now” does not appear

Tap directly on the Trackman icon on the map

Zoom in if necessary
Option 2: Booking using a web browser
How to Book a Bay (Web Browser)

Go to yourgolfbooking.com/account/login

Enter your email address
-
Enter your password
-
Click Log in
(Or select Continue with google / Continue with facebook if that’s how your account was created) -
Once logged in, select The Swing Refinery

Click Book or Book a Bay
-
Select your membership
-
Choose your bay
-
Select your date
-
Select your time
-
Confirm your booking
If You Can’t Log In

Click Click here under Need to reset your password?

Make sure you’re using the same email associated with your membership
If You Don’t See Your Membership

Confirm you are logged in with your membership email
-
Log out, then log back in and try again
How Purchasing Works

Create or login to your Trackman account
Purchases are completed through Trackman's secure platform, Your Golf Booking

Select a gift card or punch pack
Choose the option that fits how often you plan to play or who you're gifting.
03
Receive your digital code & redeem
You’ll receive a digital code that can be applied to a Trackman account to credit the purchased sessions or value for future bookings.
