Manage Your Reservation

Need to cancel or reschedule a booking?
You can manage your reservation directly through your TrackMan account.

Booked with Apple ID?

Use "Continue with Apple" when logging into Trackman.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 60 minutes before the start time to receive account credit. We do not issue refunds back to your card for cancelled reservations.

Cancel a Reservation

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your TrackMan account

  2. Select your reservation

  3. Tap “Cancel Booking” and confirm

Eligible cancellations automatically return as account credit.

Reschedule a Reservation

Trackman does not currently support direct rescheduling.

To change your reservation:

  1. Cancel your existing reservation using the instructions to the left

  2. Account credit will automatically return to your TrackMan account

  3. Book a new reservation

  4. Apply your credit at checkout

Reservations must be cancelled 60+ minutes before start time to receive credit.
